HOW DO I CHECK MY ACCOUNT:

(By default your username is your email and your password is your cellnumber, you can change the password once logged in)

 

WHAT IS MY WI-FI LOGIN?

Generally the TENDA router supplied will have login details detailed under the unit.

WHAT DNS SERVERS SHOULD I USE?

We recommend Google Free DNS servers:

9.9.9.9

8.8.8.8

 

Or you can use OpenDNS

WHAT SMTP OUTGOING EMAIL SERVER MUST I USE?

In your email client, use smtp.nexus-net.co.za for outgoing emails. No authentication details are needed if used on our network. Use standard port 25.

 

NOTE: if using a mobile device, rather use the SMTP server of your email provider, this, used with authentication allows email to be send at anytime, even if on different networks, hotspots etc.
